Co-Founder & Chairman, KAI Football

Andrea Radrizzani is a global football entrepreneur, investor, and innovator whose career has been defined by building ambitious projects at the intersection of sport, media, and business. Best known for transforming Leeds United from a Championship side into a Premier League club, Andrea combines strategic vision with a deep understanding of the modern football ecosystem.

Earlier in his career, Andrea co-founded MP & Silva, one of the world’s most influential sports media rights companies, which managed global broadcasting rights across football, Formula 1, and the Olympics. He later founded Eleven Sports, a multi-territory broadcaster delivering live sport to fans across Europe and Asia. Andrea went on to acquire Leeds United, where, as owner and chairman, he oversaw not only the club’s long-awaited return to the Premier League after 16 years but also the modernization of its infrastructure, the strengthening of its academy, commercial growth, and the rebuilding of Leeds as a global football brand.

As the founder of Aser Ventures, Andrea spearheaded pioneering investments across sports, media, and technology, creating international platforms that connect clubs, players, and fans.

Today, Andrea serves as a board member and shareholder of DAZN, the leading global sports streaming platform, and as co-founder of Kai Football, where he channels his experience into shaping the future of player management and talent discovery. His mission is to build a data-driven, player-focused agency that empowers athletes with world-class representation, innovative technology, and global reach. Andrea’s leadership continues to redefine how football agencies operate, bringing together expertise from ownership, investment, and player development to create long-term value for players and clubs alike.
